Full-trailer removal rules: member rates apply to qualifying routine commercial junk removal under normal access, labor, weight, and disposal conditions. Loads smaller than a full trailer are prorated by volume in 1/4-trailer increments off the tier’s full-trailer rate — the crew sizes the load in front of you, and you pay for the fraction you fill. Weight allowances apply per trailer: Bronze up to 2 tons, Silver up to 1.5 tons, and Gold up to 1 ton. Jobs that exceed the tier’s per-trailer allowance, require excessive labor, involve difficult access, hazardous or prohibited materials, specialty disposal, or fall outside routine scope may be charged additional fees or quoted separately. Weight above the allowance is billed at the tier’s overweight rate.
Included dumpster rules: included rentals are for 11-yard dumpsters only, up to 3 calendar days, with up to 1 ton of included weight each. Standard prohibited item rules, delivery area rules, safe placement rules, extension fees, and special disposal charges still apply. Included rentals are subject to availability, do not roll over, and may not be transferred, resold, or brokered to another customer.
Property cleanout discounts are separate from routine junk removal member pricing and apply to the qualifying base cleanout and hauling portion only — not to specialty disposal, hazardous materials, overweight charges, emergency scope, excessive labor, travel, third-party costs, or documentation and coordination fees unless approved in writing.
Net terms are subject to account approval, favorable payment history, and continued eligibility. Prepayment, deposit, card on file, or ACH authorization may be required for large-scope work, specialty disposal, emergency work, limited payment history, or past-due accounts.
