Pricing & Payments

Pricing & Payments

How the numbers work — loads, blocks, weight, and the fees we’ll always tell you about up front.

01How does your pricing work?

It depends on the service, but the theme is the same: you pay for volume, not for our time. Junk removal is priced by how much of the trailer you fill. Dumpster rentals are flat rates by size and rental window. Cleanouts and demolition are quoted per job — a firm price from a consultation or walk-through before any work starts. We’ll always confirm the price before any work starts — nothing gets scheduled until the plan and cost are clear.

02How much does junk removal cost?

Single items run $75–$150 depending on size and access. Residential trailer loads are billed in thirds: $200 for a third of the trailer, $400 for two-thirds, and $600 for a full 11-yard load. Commercial jobs run on their own load structure — see the commercial section below. Most standard jobs can be quoted right over the phone at 417-877-9366.

03How much does a dumpster rental cost?

Our 11-yard dumpster runs $225 for 1 day, $250 for 3 days, $275 for 5 days, and $300 for 7 days, with 1 ton of disposal included. The 18-yard runs $430 for 3 days and $480 for 7 days with 1.5 tons included. Extra days on either size are $12.50 per day.

04Are there any hidden fees?

No — but there are a few honest add-ons we’ll tell you about before you book. Fuel is free for the first 30 miles from Springfield, then $2 per mile. Tires and TVs are $30 each because disposal facilities charge us to take them. If a job needs heavy-access labor (tight stairs, long carries), that’s $50 per half hour for a two-person crew plus $25 per extra person. Dumpster weight overages are $0.06 per pound past your included tonnage, with a 200-pound minimum. That’s the whole list.

05Do you charge for estimates?

Phone quotes are free — call 417-877-9366 and most junk removal and dumpster jobs can be priced on the spot. Demolition is the exception: those are in-person quotes only, because we’re not going to guess at structural work over the phone.

06What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, debit, and credit cards. Commercial accounts should ask about invoicing and payment terms — see our commercial FAQ below.

Junk Removal

Junk Removal

What we take, how loads work, and how to get a fast price.

07What items do you take?

Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard debris, garage and shed contents, renovation debris, and general household junk — we’ll take just about anything with a short list of exceptions. We can’t take industrial hazardous waste, wastewater, restaurant cooking oil, explosives, or other hazardous materials. Household chemicals like paints, stains, pesticides, and aerosol cans aren’t accepted directly due to liability, but the Household Chemical Collection Center takes them free of charge by appointment — see our disposal resources below.

08How do trailer load sizes work?

Our trailer holds 11 cubic yards — picture roughly four pickup-truck beds. For residential jobs you pay for the fraction you fill, in thirds: a third ($200), two-thirds ($400), or the full trailer ($600). The crew loads it, sizes it honestly in front of you, and that’s your price. Commercial jobs are billed on their own load structure — details on our commercial junk removal page.

09Can I text you photos for a quote?

For residential jobs, yes — text pictures of the pile or room to our photo line at 417-275-3558 and we’ll size it up before anyone rolls out. It’s the fastest way to get an accurate number without a site visit.

10Do I need to be home for junk removal?

For residential jobs, yes — someone needs to be on-site for liability reasons. Commercial accounts may not require someone present; that’s determined case by case, so call and we’ll confirm for your situation.

11Do you donate or recycle what you haul?

We evaluate every item we pick up to decide how to handle it. When something can be donated, recycled, or otherwise diverted without a landfill trip, that’s our priority. Sometimes a landfill run is unavoidable, but every load gets handled with that in mind, not as an afterthought.

12Why do tires and TVs cost extra?

Disposal facilities charge special handling fees for both — tires because they can’t go in a standard landfill stream, TVs because of the electronics inside. We pass that through at $30 each instead of padding every job’s price to cover it.

Dumpster Rentals

Dumpster Rentals

Two sizes, flat rates, and honest weight math.

13What dumpster sizes do you offer?

Two: an 11-yard and an 18-yard. The 11-yard is the right call for cleanouts, small remodels, and driveway-friendly jobs. The 18-yard handles bigger renovations and roofing tear-offs. If you’re between sizes, call and describe the job — we’d rather put you in the right container than the bigger one.

14How long can I keep the dumpster?

Pick your window up front: the 11-yard comes in 1, 3, 5, or 7-day rentals; the 18-yard comes in 3 or 7-day windows. Need longer? Extra days are $12.50 per day on either size — just call before your window ends.

15How much weight is included?

1 ton (2,000 lbs) with the 11-yard and 1.5 tons (3,000 lbs) with the 18-yard. If you go over, the overage is $0.06 per pound with a 200-pound minimum — and we’ll show you the disposal ticket, so you’re never taking our word for the scale.

16Can I get a dumpster same-day or on a weekend?

The 11-yard is available same-day and on weekends, subject to route availability — call 417-877-9366 early in the day for the best shot. The 18-yard runs on standard scheduling only.

17What can’t go in the dumpster?

No hazmat of any kind, and yard waste — leaves and sticks — can’t be mixed in with junk; that needs its own dumpster. Small engines (lawn mowers, weed eaters, and similar), tires, TVs, and appliances also can’t go directly into the container, but we don’t just turn them away: we’ll haul small engines and appliances for free up to one truck-bed’s worth per dumpster rental, and tires and TVs at $30 each under that same truck-bed allowance.

18What are the dimensions of your dumpsters?

The 18-yard measures 12 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 6 feet deep. Call 417-877-9366 with your gate width or driveway clearance and we’ll confirm it’ll fit before delivery.

Cleanouts

Cleanouts

Estate, hoarding, foreclosure, eviction, and investor turnovers — priced by the yard, documented when the file requires it.

19How are cleanouts priced?

Per job, through a consultation — every cleanout is scoped on the property’s actual condition: volume, access, retained items, deadlines, and any documentation requirements. You get a firm price before the crew mobilizes, not a rate-sheet guess. Request a consultation or call 417-877-9366 with the property details.

20What’s the coordination fee?

It only applies to documentation-heavy jobs — files that require chain-of-custody records, disposal manifests, or insurance and corporate compliance paperwork. When it applies, it’s scoped into the consultation quote alongside everything else, so the number you approve is the whole number. A standard residential cleanout with no paperwork requirements never sees this fee.

21What types of cleanouts do you handle?

Foreclosure and REO turnovers, post-eviction cleanouts, hoarding situations, estate and probate properties, vacant unit turnovers, and pre-closing clearances for properties under contract. Each one runs differently — access, retained items, deadlines, and reporting all get confirmed up front so there are no surprises at closeout. The full directory lives on our property cleanouts page.

22Do you work outside the Springfield area for cleanouts?

Yes — specialty cleanout services (foreclosure, eviction, and hoarding work) are available in the Kansas City and St. Louis metro areas in addition to our Southwest Missouri footprint. Standard junk removal and dumpster coverage in those metros varies, so call to confirm the specific property.

23Can you provide documentation for banks, courts, or insurance?

Yes. For files that need it, we provide chain-of-custody records, disposal manifests, and closeout documentation that satisfies insurance and corporate compliance requirements. Tell us the reporting standard when you send the property details and we’ll build it into the job.

Demolition

Demolition

Small-structure demolition, quoted in person, priced by the yard.

24How is demolition priced?

By debris volume, quoted firm and in person — we walk the structure, measure what’s coming out, and hand you a number before anything comes down. The walk-through quote is the price; no phone guesses, no unit-rate games.

25What kind of demolition do you do?

Non-structural demolition: interior tear-outs down to the studs, non-load-bearing walls, flooring and cabinet extraction, plus outdoor structures — sheds, decks, hot tubs, fencing, and similar tear-downs. We don’t take on structural or full-home demolition — if your project crosses that line, we’ll tell you straight and point you toward a heavy-demo contractor. Full details live on our demolition services page.

26Why won’t you quote demolition over the phone?

Because structural work punishes guesses. Debris volume, material types, access, and utilities all change the price, and a phone estimate that doubles on-site helps nobody. The walk-through quote is the price.

Service Area & Scheduling

Service Area & Scheduling

Where we run, when we run, and how travel pricing works.

27What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Springfield, Missouri with primary coverage across 17 local cities in Greene, Christian, Webster, and Polk counties — including Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Willard, Rogersville, and more. Extended travel covers Branson, Aurora, Mount Vernon, Lebanon, Camdenton, and Osage Beach. Specialty cleanouts also run in Kansas City and St. Louis. Check your city on our service areas page, or just call.

28What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Messages and form submissions that come in after hours get picked up the next business morning.

29Do you charge for travel?

Not within the first 30 miles of Springfield. Past that, fuel is $2 per mile, and any travel cost is confirmed with you up front — before anything is scheduled, not after.

30How fast can you get to me?

We offer same-day junk removal depending on circumstances — call 417-877-9366 early in the day and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s doable for your job and location. If same-day isn’t possible, we’ll get you the next available slot.

Commercial & Walker Access

Commercial & Walker Access

For contractors, property managers, and businesses with recurring debris.

31What is Walker Access?

Our approved commercial account program for recurring property, junk removal, dumpster, and cleanout work. Three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each pairing a flat member trailer rate (prorated by volume in quarter-trailer increments) with included self-service dumpster access on Silver and Gold, property cleanout discounts, net payment terms, and priority scheduling. Current rates and full tier details live in the Walker Access section of our commercial junk removal page, or request a consultation and dispatch will match a tier to your volume.

32What do the membership dumpsters include?

Included rentals are self-service 11-yard dumpsters: we drop it, you load it, we pick it up — no loading labor included. Each included rental runs up to 3 calendar days with 1 ton of weight included, and they don’t roll over, transfer, or resell. Silver includes 1 per month and Gold includes 2; Bronze includes none but carries member rates on additional rentals. Full rules live in the Walker Access section.

33Do members get discounts on junk removal too?

Yes — every tier carries a flat full-trailer member rate for routine commercial junk removal, prorated by volume in quarter-trailer increments: the crew sizes the load in front of you and you pay for the fraction you fill, at your tier’s rate. Tiers also carry property cleanout discounts on the base cleanout portion. Current member rates live in the Walker Access section of our commercial junk removal page.

34Are you insured?

Yes — we carry commercial auto insurance as well as general liability insurance, and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request. We’re also in the process of becoming bonded with a fidelity bond.

35Can you provide a W-9? Do you offer net payment terms for commercial accounts?

Yes, we can provide a W-9. Net payment terms run through Walker Access: Net 7 on Bronze and Silver, Net 14 on Gold, on approved accounts — subject to account approval, payment history, and continued eligibility. Non-member commercial accounts are invoiced with terms set per account; ask your dispatcher what applies.
