Full-Service — Suite To Dock

What office junk removal covers

For qualifying projects, we can work from the suite through the approved exit path instead of requiring your staff to stage everything at a loading zone first.

Desks, chairs & conference furniture
Cubicle systems — disassembly included when scoped
Filing cabinets (emptied by your team)
Copiers, printers & monitors
Computers & e-waste (see below)
Breakroom appliances
Signage & tenant leftovers
Lease-end removal projects
Two scope notes: qualifying cubicle disassembly can be included in the approved removal scope. Filing cabinets should be emptied by your team. Built-in millwork, mounted casework, hardwired items, and other fixed components require separate review and may fall under selective small demolition or another specialty scope. Current pricing lives on the Commercial Junk Removal page.
Scheduling Around Office Operations

Build the work window around the office

Office projects may need an elevator reservation, loading-dock window, after-hours access, or another controlled sequence. Those requirements are reviewed against the current schedule, staffing, building rules, and approved scope instead of promised as a Friday-to-Monday guarantee.

01

Scope the removal

Photos or a walk-through define the furniture, access path, fixed items, building rules, and documentation requirements.

02

Confirm building logistics

Elevator, dock, access, and insurance-document requirements are identified before the service window is approved.

03

Close out the approved scope

The crew handles the removal plan and provides any completion documentation that was explicitly included in the work order.

Off-hours scheduling: evening or weekend service may be considered when current availability, staffing, access, and building requirements support it. It is not an evergreen guarantee and is not an active Walker Access benefit while that program is pre-launch.
Old Computers — The Honest Answer

E-waste, and what we won’t pretend to be

Computers, monitors, printers, and office electronics can be reviewed for removal. Now the part most haulers fudge:

If your machines hold sensitive data, pull or destroy the drives before we haul. We’re your hauler, not your data-security vendor. We do not present certified data destruction or chain-of-custody ITAD as an active service. The same boundary applies to paper: filing cabinets travel empty, and records destruction belongs with the appropriate shredding provider.
Refresh, Downsize, Relocate, Close

Four office situations, one removal scope

Furniture refresh

Old furniture can be removed ahead of a new install, with the service window coordinated around the approved project plan.

Downsizing

Partial clears can be scoped floor by floor or department by department. Clearly donatable items may be set aside for donation where possible.

Relocation

We can remove qualifying items that are not making the move so your relocation team can focus on the assets that are.

Lease-end & closures

Office closeouts can be scoped around the lease-end removal requirements. Property managers turning full units should also see Property Cleanouts.

Paper for procurement: Waste Walkers Dispatch, LLC is a licensed business and is insured with general liability and commercial auto coverage. Insurance-document requests, vendor paperwork, completion records, billing method, and account terms are reviewed case by case. Walker Access is being rebuilt as a future commercial account program and is not currently offered; previous tiers, net terms, priority scheduling, after-hours benefits, and other membership details are not active offers. Common Questions

Frequently asked

Quick answers for office managers and business owners in Springfield.

Do you take cubicles?
Qualifying cubicle systems can be removed and disassembled as part of the approved scope. Built-in millwork, mounted casework, hardwired components, or unusual systems need separate review.
Can you come after hours or on weekends?
Evening or weekend service may be considered when current availability, staffing, access, and building requirements support it. Off-hours work is not an evergreen guarantee and is not currently an active Walker Access benefit.
What happens to the data on old computers?
Pull or destroy sensitive drives before pickup. Waste Walkers Dispatch is a hauler, not a certified data-destruction or ITAD provider, and we do not present chain-of-custody data destruction as an active service.
Do filing cabinets need to be emptied?
Yes. Filing cabinets should be emptied before removal. Records handling and destruction stay with your organization or the appropriate shredding provider.
Do you donate usable office furniture?
Clearly donatable items may be set aside for donation where practical and appropriate to the project.
Our building requires vendor insurance documentation — can you review that?
Waste Walkers Dispatch, LLC is a licensed business and is insured with general liability and commercial auto coverage. Send the building or vendor requirements during the consultation and we will confirm what insurance documentation can be supported before the work is approved.
How does pricing and billing work?
Office projects are scoped against the active commercial rate structure or a project-specific quote. Billing method, account terms, vendor requirements, and documentation are confirmed case by case. Current commercial pricing lives on the Commercial Junk Removal page.
