Waste Walkers Dispatch, LLC

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WasteWalkersDispatch.com and the services provided by Waste Walkers Dispatch, LLC (“Waste Walkers Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting a consultation, or scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our Services

Waste Walkers Dispatch provides property cleanouts and turnover support, with junk removal, dumpster rental and support, debris removal, commercial junk removal, and selective small demolition and tear-outs as supporting services in Springfield, Missouri and the surrounding primary service area. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Service availability, scope, and pricing are described on the applicable service pages of the site and confirmed for the individual project.

Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are based on the scope you describe. Quotes are prepared from the photos, descriptions, and property details you provide, and where applicable, an on-site consultation or walkthrough.
  • The quoted price covers the agreed scope. If the actual job differs materially from what was described, such as additional volume, additional items, restricted access, or conditions not disclosed, we may adjust the quote before proceeding. We will communicate any adjustment before performing the additional work.
  • Some services require an in-person consultation before a firm price is issued. Scope-dependent selective small demolition and tear-outs are reviewed on site when the conditions need to be seen.
  • Website pricing is informational. Prices, rates, and examples shown on the site are provided for guidance and may change. Your written quote controls.

Scheduling, Access, and Site Conditions

  • You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property and the work area at the scheduled time.
  • You represent that you own the property or items involved, or that you are authorized by the owner to arrange the service, including in landlord, property management, estate, and real estate transaction contexts.
  • An adult (18 or older) must be available to confirm scope and authorize the work, either on site or through arrangements agreed to in advance.
  • For selective small demolition, tear-outs, and hot tub removal, you are responsible for ensuring utilities serving the work area (electric, gas, water) are disconnected or clearly identified before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We accept the payment methods identified at booking. Amounts for completed work are non-refundable once the service has been performed as agreed. If an invoice remains unpaid, we may suspend further work and pursue collection of the amounts owed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at 417-877-9366. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms that apply to your specific booking will be stated in your quote or booking confirmation.

Dumpster Rental Terms

  • Rental period. The 11-yard dumpster is offered in published 1-, 3-, 5-, and 7-day rental windows. Extensions require approval, and any added cost is confirmed when scheduled. The 18-yard dumpster is offered in published 3- and 7-day rental windows; approved additional days are $12.50 per day.
  • Weight allowance. The 11-yard dumpster includes 1 ton; overage is billed at the published rate of $0.06 per pound. The 18-yard dumpster includes 1.5 tons; overage is $0.06 per pound with a 200-pound minimum overage charge.
  • Placement. We place the dumpster in the location you designate, provided it is safe and accessible. You are responsible for ensuring the placement location can support the container and truck. We are not responsible for surface damage, such as driveway, lawn, or pavement marks, resulting from placement or pickup at the location you request.
  • Do not move the dumpster. Once placed, the dumpster may not be relocated except by us.
  • Fill level. Material must not extend above the top rim of the container. Overfilled containers may require offloading before pickup, at your expense.
  • Ownership. The dumpster remains our property at all times. You are responsible for loss or damage to the container beyond normal wear while it is in your possession.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following may not be placed in our dumpsters or included in junk removal loads without prior written approval:

  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, solvents, fuels, oils, and wet paint
  • Asbestos and asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical or biohazardous waste
  • Batteries, propane tanks, and pressurized containers
  • Any material prohibited by our disposal facilities or applicable law

Some items, such as tires and televisions, are accepted with an additional handling fee, currently $30 per item, when disclosed in advance. If prohibited items are discovered in a load or container, we may refuse the material, and any additional disposal costs, fines, or fees incurred will be your responsibility.

Removed Items and Disposal

Items and materials removed during junk removal, cleanout, and selective small demolition or tear-out services become the property of Waste Walkers Dispatch upon removal. Removed items may be donated, recycled, salvaged, or disposed of at our discretion. Please identify anything you wish to keep before work begins; we are not responsible for items removed within the agreed scope.

Selective Small Demolition and Tear-Out Services

  • Scope. We perform selective small, non-structural demolition and tear-out work such as qualifying sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, interior tear-outs, and flooring removal. We do not perform structural demolition, heavy excavation, remediation, reconstruction, or general contracting.
  • Permits. You are responsible for determining whether a permit is required for your project and for obtaining any required permits before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Concealed conditions. Quotes assume conditions visible or disclosed at the time of assessment. Concealed conditions discovered during work, such as hidden framing, wiring, plumbing, or hazardous materials, may require a scope and price adjustment before continuing.

Care of Property and Liability

We take reasonable care to protect your property while performing services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from conditions you did not disclose, or normal and unavoidable effects of removing large or heavy items through the available access. Any claim regarding property damage must be reported to us promptly so we can document and address it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry and services by phone, email, or text message. Text messaging consent, opt-out, and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waste Walkers Dispatch, LLC and its owners and employees from claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of ownership or authority, or prohibited materials you place in our containers or loads.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri.
